University Calendar
The University Calendar is a snapshot of the officers, staff and structure of the University of Oxford and its constituent colleges and is correct at the point of publication.
University Calendar: online edition
The online edition of the University Calendar is accessible to members of the University with a Nexus single sign-on. It is updated after the end of each term.
The online edition omits the printed version of Council and committee memberships in favour of links to the online record of such memberships, which are kept up to date.
Back issues
The online edition has been published each term since 2019–20 and back issues are now available below.
University Calendar: print edition
The print edition of the University Calendar is no longer published by OUP. We are currently investigating options for printing library copies and possibly print-on-demand copies for other readers.
Updates and corrections to the University Calendar
Requests for updates to information published in the University Calendar are sent out once per term. In Michaelmas and Hilary terms, requests are sent out in 3rd week, with a deadline in 6th week. In Trinity term requests are sent out in 8th week, with a deadline in 11th week. To add recurring reminders to your Outlook calendar, click here: Michaelmas term reminder, Hilary term reminder, Trinity term reminder.
If any individual spots an error in their own (or another's) listing at any other time, they should email gazette@admin.ox.ac.uk. The online and print editions will then be corrected at the earliest opportunity.
